The collection of personal data of the User by the Online Store Administration is conducted in order to:
– Identify the User who has gone through the registration procedure on the site to place an order and/or purchase goods or services from this site remotely.
– Provide the User access to personalized resources of this site.
– Establish feedback with the User, which includes, in particular, sending requests and notifications regarding the use of the site, processing user requests and applications, and providing other services.
– Determine the User’s location to ensure payment security and prevent fraud.
– Confirm that the data provided by the User is complete and accurate.
– Process and receive payments, confirm taxes or tax benefits, dispute payments, determine whether it is appropriate to provide a specific User with a credit line.
– Ensure the User receives prompt solutions to problems encountered while using the site through effective customer and technical support.
– Timely inform the User about updated products, familiarize them with unique offers, new prices, news about the activities of the site or its partners, and other information if the User consents to this.
– Advertise the site’s products if the User consents to this.
– Provide the User access to the site’s websites or services, thereby helping them obtain products, updates, and services.
The term for processing the User’s personal data is not limited. The processing procedure can be carried out by any means provided by law. In particular, using personal data information systems, which can be maintained automatically or without automation.
The personal data of the User processed by the Website Administration may be transferred to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunications operators. This is done to fulfill the User’s order placed on the site and deliver the goods to the address. The User’s consent to such transfer is provided for by the site’s policy rules.
Also, the personal data processed by the Website Administration may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation if this is done on legal grounds and in accordance with Russian legislation.
If personal data is lost or disclosed, the User is notified by the Website Administration.
All actions of the Website Administration are aimed at preventing third parties from accessing the User’s personal data (except for paragraphs 5.2, 5.3). This information should not be accessible to them even accidentally, so that they do not destroy, change, block, copy, distribute, or commit other illegal actions with it. To protect user data, the Administration has a set of organizational and technical measures.
If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Website Administration, together with the User, is ready to take all possible measures to prevent losses and other negative consequences caused by this situation.
The User’s obligations include:
– Providing information about themselves that meets the site’s requirements.
– Updating and supplementing the information provided in case of changes.
The obligations of the Website Administration include:
– Using the received information solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of the existing Privacy Policy.
– Ensuring the confidentiality of the information received from the User. It must not be disclosed unless the User gives written permission. The Administration also has no right to sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the personal data provided by the User, except for paragraphs 5.2 and 5.3 of the existing Privacy Policy.
– Taking precautions to ensure that the User’s personal data remains strictly confidential, just as such information remains confidential in modern business transactions.
– Blocking the User’s personal data from the moment the User or their legal representative makes a corresponding request. The right to make a request for blocking is also granted to the authority authorized to protect the rights of the User who provided their data to the Website Administration, during the verification period, in case of discovering inaccuracies in the provided personal data or illegality of actions.
In the event of the Website Administration’s failure to fulfill its obligations and, as a result, the User’s losses incurred due to the unlawful use of the information provided, liability is imposed on it. This is specifically stated by Russian legislation. The existing Privacy Policy makes exceptions for cases reflected in paragraphs 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2.
However, there are a number of cases where the Website Administration is not liable if user data is lost or disclosed. This occurs when they:
– Became public knowledge before they were lost or disclosed.
– Were provided by third parties before they were received by the Website Administration.
– Were disclosed with the User’s consent.
If the User is dissatisfied with the actions of the Website Administration and intends to defend their rights in court, before filing a claim, they must necessarily submit a complaint (offer to resolve the conflict voluntarily in writing).
Upon receiving the complaint, the Administration is obliged to notify the User in writing about its consideration and the measures taken within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to a judicial authority, where it must be considered in accordance with current Russian legislation.
The regulation of the relationship between the User and the Website Administration in the Privacy Policy is conducted in accordance with current Russian legislation.
The Website Administration has the right to change the existing Privacy Policy without asking for the User’s consent.
The new Privacy Policy comes into effect after the information about it is posted on the site unless the amended Policy provides for another placement option.
